The R.No is already printed on your slip, so it is not printed by default (can be turned on in Print Setup). Put a blank slip in the printer and press Save & Print. If you cancel the print dialog the slip is still saved; use Slip Records > Reprint.

Add / Edit Party or Plot

Import from Excel / CSV

Column headings: Plot, Name, A/c No, Area, Rate, Total, Received (already received), Corner (Yes/No). Any order is fine. If the plot already exists it gets updated. Excel import needs internet once; CSV works offline. You will see a preview first and nothing is saved until you confirm.

All Parties

Backup

Data is saved inside this browser on this PC only. Download a backup at least once a week. Always open this file from the same location and same browser.

Danger Zone

Each action asks you to type a word to confirm, and a backup file is downloaded automatically before anything is deleted. Print Setup is never touched.

Use "Reset Opening to 0" when your slips already include the earlier payments and the Received amount shows double.

Issued Slips

Import Slips from Excel / CSV

Column headings: R.No, Date (dd/mm/yyyy), Plot, A/c (optional), Type (Token / Advance / Installment), Amount, Remarks (optional). The Slip Records CSV export can be imported back as it is. The plot must already exist in Parties. You will see a preview first and nothing is saved until you confirm.

Print Setup (aligning text on the slip)

1) Measure your slip (width x height in mm) and enter below. 2) Upload a photo of the slip (press Rotate if sideways) so the preview shows text on the real slip. 3) Change each field's X/Y until it sits correctly. 4) Press Test Print on plain paper and hold it over a real slip to compare.

X = distance from the left edge, Y = distance from the top (mm). For fields marked right-aligned, X is the right end of the text.
